Manager, application & e-discovery
Kevin Liang is Telesto’s application and e-discovery manager. With over 10 years’ experience within the legal industry, Kevin advises on the best practice on the collection, analysis, review and production of evidence and has worked on a number of high profile large scale class action and construction litigation.
Kevin’s qualifications include a Master in Information Technology and a Master of Applied e-business Technologies. Kevin is a pioneer in the use of AWS cloud environment for data process and analytics and his unique experience nurtures the delivery of innovative solutions.
Manager, forensic technology
Phil Magness is Telesto’s national forensic technology lead, and is recognised as one of Australia’s leading forensic technology practitioners. A qualified digital forensic investigator with over 17 years’ experience with the Australian Federal Police, Phil heads the Forensic Technology team of Corrs Chambers Westgarth and specialises in the preservation, acquisition and reporting of electronic evidence.
He is committed to staying at the forefront of developments in the ever-evolving forensic technology sector, and uses his combined investigative experience, forensic expertise and understanding of the law to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
Dr Robert Fearn
Manager, forensic technology
Dr Robert Fearn is Telesto’s NSW forensic technology manager. Robert was a founder of NSW Police’s digital forensic technology research laboratory and has extensive experience in acquiring and analysing all types of electronic evidence and conducting complex investigations. He is a certified forensic computer examiner and recognised as one of Australia’s experts in this field. He also has been awarded the NSW Police Certificate of Merit and Young Inventors Award Silver Medal.
Dr Fearn has provided expert evidence reports in criminal prosecutions, coronial inquiries and has made numerous expert witness court appearances.
Maureen Duffy is Telesto’s e-discovery manager, with a unique combination of legal, technical and leadership experience and having previously led e-discovery and review teams in national and global law firms, Maureen is responsible for providing end to end advice, education and support to Telesto clients.
As an international e-discovery lawyer, admitted to practice in both Australia and the US and with over 20 years’ experience, Maureen is considered to be an expert in e-discovery, information governance and litigation management.

Michael do Rozario is a founder of Telesto and a Telesto Consultant. A partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and the Head of their Legal Technology Solutions Group, Michael do Rozario is Telesto’s legal consultant.
He has extensive experience in large matters and complex discovery and is a recognised leader in the e-discovery field.
